Located across the highway from the cottage just a five minute walk, Goldeneye is a beautiful location for a wine tasting. Their winery is pinot factory and they serve various qualities and prices of their products during a tasting which can be complimented with delicacies. As can be seen, it has a beautiful sunset view from it's outdoor seating area in a wonderfully landscaped environment. Note that sunsets will only be viewable during the winter as they close at 4:00 p.m.

Domaine Anderson is located near the end of our driveway, on the same side of the highway and again, just a five-minute walk from the cottage. Enjoy a tasting in their facility or outside in their beautifully landscaped grounds.

Husch is one of the oldest vineyards in the valley. I'm not sure when Tony and Gretchen first started their fields, but my sister and I babysat for their small children when we were teenagers in the mid 1970's.

A guest favorite, with a beautiful view of the valley. Toulouse is just west of Philo on the right, and up the driveway on a hill.

Also a nice location up the hill from the highway, this winery is also on the right and up a hill. They tout local vineyards and wine created by their own grapes grown there on the acreage as all above do; however, I was at an event last summer where several valley vineyards were represented as well as some French wines from grapes grown there. It was a tasting extravaganza with a spread of pizzas, salads and desserts. I am fortunate to know a member of their club and who helped procure tickets for my two cousins and I.

A farm, a petting zoo, a tasting room, Penny Royal is an experience for both couples and families. They make their own cheeses and wines from the the goats and sheep surrounding the establishment. The vineyards are located both there in Boonville and in Navarro.
